Congrats go out to the Chicago Bears, who beat the Cleveland Browns by a score of 16 to 13 to win Franchise Bowl XIX. It was the first championship in Chicago's history. Lenny Wiggins picked up the MVP award, throwing for 270 yards and a TD against the top ranked Browns defense.
